Hi Manu, The registered atlas (the pink background) is larger than the FA as the picture shows. It looks like the template was not compressed enough to match the FA. And the missing part is because the limited size of the native space along the Z axis. Is my thought right? How could I optimize the result? Best wishes, Charlie
