Dear colleagues,

I want to do connectivity analysis on multi-echo fMRI images. Is there any pipelines that have been developed for this propose? 

If there is none, should I preprocessing all the images with the same TE (as separate set of images) and after that combine them or I should combine them at first and then start preprocessing?
