Thanks. What if I want to crop out TRs from [3TR 137TR] and [256TR 312TR]? Is there a way to crop out multiple ranges of TRs and create a single file? fslroi lets me specify tmin and tsize. Can I have multiple tmins and tsizes in a single call?
