Dear all,

I was able to find the error. Thought of sharing it, if anyone else comes
across the same problem. It turns out that the flirt did not run properly
as a result of which the dim4 of my func_data image had been reduced to 1,
even though it had successfully transformed the resolution from 4mm to 2mm.

It is all working now.

Thanks,
Shruti
