Dear colleagues, 

We are currently reviewing our Trans-Equality provisions and would like to ask whether anyone has a check-list that they use in order to ensure all HR angles are covered in respect of name changes.  

We are also particularly interested in any advice in respect of meeting HMRC reporting requirements.
