Dear ACB Mailbase members and colleagues,

I would be grateful if you could please take some time and complete the following survey concerning the rates of haemolysed samples that your laboratory receives, originally sent out in November 2016.  To complete the survey will need the rates of haemolysis for your lab and acute sites (AE, MAU, SCBU) expressed as a percentage of workload received per month from that site. The results of the survey will be reported back to the ACB through the clinical practice group and if required I can also send a copy to individuals if they require. Many thanks again.
