My figures suggest we made 6.3 million hs06 hours of work for lhcb in Nov, which is indicative of (say) 99% uptime. It would not be possible if we were up only 33% of the time. I'll check this in the morning but this looks like a serious measurement error to me. To do that, I need to know; what is the basis of the 33% measurement, and who is responsible for making it?
