Hi Guillaume,

I tried spm_summarise Using the unsplitted data (4d) and the splitted one (440 volumes) but it retunes nothing or empty values.

This is what I tried spm_summarise ('scan1.nii')
Then it gives me option to select the ROIs location. It then retunes 

ans= Empty matrix: 400-by-0

I tried to change the location but it is the same results

Any hint please?
