Dear SPM-ers, I have data that is completely processed in FSL (preprocessing and first level analyses). Now, I would like to run a DCM analyses on this data. What would be the best way to proceed without redoing everything in SPM. So how can I create a .mat file containing the task information (contrasts) and the nifti files? Many thanks!
