Dear All, Does any have any experience/protocol with intrasubject intramodality nonrigid registration using DARTEL for structural MRI (MPRAGE) : postelectrode implant MRI (after intracranial electrode implantation for epilepsy patients). If so, my issues are whether MRIs should be skull stripped before registration, how to deal with electrode artifacts (low intensity on MR) and get specific parameters for DARTEL or other alternative. Please advise, Octavian
