The Department of Languages and Cultures at Lancaster University invites applications from outstanding MA and PhD candidates for scholarships in German and Austrian Studies. The department offers the following postgraduate degree schemes: PhD Languages and Cultures PhD Translation MA Languages and Cultures by Research MA Translation Applicants must already hold an offer of a place to study in the Department of Languages and Cultures before applying for a scholarship, and should be due to commence their studies in October 2017 or January 2018. A variety of scholarships will be awarded ranging from fee bursaries to fee bursaries plus maintenance grants up to the value of £15,000.
