> extravaganten und schließlich katastrophalen Entwicklungen in der
> Biotechnik in Berge Meere und Giganten (1924) und darüber hinaus bis
> zum Ausdruck der Sorge um den Menschen in den späten

> Döblin research since the 1980s. In addition to showcasing new
> research findings, these biennial colloquia serve as a forum where
> scholars from a variety of national backgrounds can meet and exchange

> In 2017 the Colloquium will be held in Cambridge, England. This will
> be the first occasion on which it will meet in an English-speaking
> country. Prominent UK Germanists are expected to be attending, as well
> as a substantial number of scholars from Europe and the Americas.

> The conference theme will be

> “Nature, Technology and the (Post-)Human in the Writings of Alfred
