Dear FSL email list, I have a question about hippocampus extraction in FSL: “first” extracts various subcortical structures, hippocampus included. I was wondering what the hippocampal volume thus segmented using “first” consists of? CA1-3, dentate gyrus, subiculum? The paper by Patenaude 2011, NI didn’t say… Thanks, Jiyang
