Dear FSL expert, I have a question for you. I have never used ANOVA in Randomise by also using the F-test. The problem is that I have always errors. My example is: I have three group (A B C) and 10 subjects. Moreover, I also have age and disability score as covariates My design.mat is this: A B C age score 1 0 0 23 5 1 0 0 22 5 1 0 0 55 1 1 0 0 33 2 0 1 0 24 2 0 1 0 43 1 0 1 0 41 2 0 0 1 23 0 0 0 1 22 1 0 0 1 55 1 In theory, it should be correct. Right? My design.com is: 1 -1 0 0 0 (A>B) 1 0 -1 0 0 (A>C) 0 1 -1 0 0 (B>C) Is it correct? Then, I have problem to create the design.fts. I created it in this way: 1 1 1 is it correct? because I also have errors: An exception has been thrown Error: This (f)contrast appears to be rank defficient, please check your design.
