I am trying to run a first level PNM analysis. I have recorded pulse and respiration during fMRI on a Siemens verio scanner. The paradigm as 140 volumes, sampling rate is 50 Hertz and TR is 2.32

 

 

This is my set up on Pnm GUI.

I run into problems when trying to manually check the output in firefox ****pnm1.html.

There is no graph in the firefox output.

Are you able to see what step that introduces the cause of this?
