We have a study where side should be defined as preferred/non-preferred side rather than right-left. It is related to hand lateralization. Can sides be intentionally swopped in FSL and doing that, can one still use the TBSS analysis as usual? I suppose it should be done in the step just before the TBSS-analysis.
