EXTERNAL CONSULTANT FOR PROGRAMME APPROVAL – BSc (Hons) / MSc Child & Adolescent Mental Health & Wellbeing 


Edge Hill University (Faculty of Health and Social Care) is seeking to recruit an external panel member for the validation of the following programmes:

BSc (Hons) Child & Adolescent Mental Health & Wellbeing 
MSc Child & Adolescent Mental Health & Wellbeing

Validation Panel taking place on: Tuesday 17th January 2017.


These programmes will explore issues impacting on child and adolescent mental health and wellbeing, the use of early intervention and multi-agency approaches to working in this sector.

We would encourage academics with relevant subject expertise, who have experience of quality review processes within their own and other Higher Education Institutions, to apply. The Faculty of Health and Social Care is situated within the University’s Ormskirk Campus. 

An External Panel Member would receive documentation prior to the event date and is requested to provide written comments in advance of the event – they would then attend 1 full day of the event (Tuesday 17th January 2017).

Arrangements for both roles are the same:
A fee of £200 (gross)
Overnight accommodation and travel expenses are payable (petrol allowance or standard class rail fare) where attendance is required.
