Hello, I am having problems with running Coot on El Capitan 10.11.6. I have tried various versions of XQuartz from 2.7.7 to 2.7.9 with no success. As mentioned some time ago on the bb, I have also tried disabling rootless (System Integrity Protection) in OS X, but that also seemed to disable my ...keyboard. Does anyone have a solution to this, please? Thanks so much, Alexandra
