Goldsmiths, University of London is seeking to appoint a data and management information specialist who will be responsible for developing, improving and embedding effective operational practices relating to staff data, management information and relevant internal and external reports.


The role will have responsibility for ensuring we make the most effective use of our Human Resource and Payroll system (Agresso HR) by improving processes and practices for the collection, input, and retention of data relating to staff. The role will also be part of a Data Network focussed on improved data and reporting across Goldsmiths and ensuring effective links between the Student Services, Human Resource, Payroll and Strategic Planning and Projects teams.


You will need excellent analytical and problem solving skills. You will also need a structured and disciplined approach to process design, managing data quality and exception reporting.

The role is a full-time, permanent Grade 7 post.
