We never dilute our B12 results. Literature does not point towards any evidence that high results are of much clinical value.
Anyone with a different view please correct me.

Dear listmembers.

There are patients "out there"  with elevated B12 levels without being on supplementation.

I have seen two patients with B12 values around 1000 and 1500 pmol/L respectively, both in good health.  (Ref levels 210-800 pmol/L).

Patients with elevated B12- levels are recommended to be evaluated further for several malignancies..

I would like to ask the listmembers how high values you have seen and what limits are you recommending for further medical actions ?

Best regards
