Hi All, I want to run a 4 Factor Full Factorial, but SPM will not generate contrasts for more than 3 factors. Can anyone help guide me through how to generate these F contrasts (Main Effects and Interactions) using the Contrast Manager? The four factors are 1. Diagnostic Group 2. Time Point (Pre and Post event) 3. Face Picture (Self or Other) and 4. Face Emotion (Sad, Happy, or Neutral). I've pasted the Design Matrix and Batch design below :) Any help is appreciated!
