Inclusive Practice Development Consultant
As Inclusive Practice Development Consultant you will lead on the enhancement of inclusive practice across the university and feed into strategic developments in this area.  The project aims to create a learning experience that respects diversity, enables participation, removes barriers and anticipates a variety of needs and preferences.

You will support departments to enhance existing provision and develop new initiatives, with particular emphasis initially on inclusion for disabled students.   You will provide specialist advice and training, including in the use of the latest technological developments.

Alongside expertise in inclusive teaching practices and diversity issues, you will be aware of relevant government regulations and policies.   You will need strong organisational skills and be an excellent communicator with the ability to motivate others and build effective networks.  You will evaluate existing practice and assess the developments which will have greatest impact.
