Dear Colleagues,

At yesterday’s ECU conference in Nottingham, Vijaya Nath, Director of Leadership Development, and Tracy Bell Reeves, Deputy Director of Leadership Development, both at the Leadership Foundation, ran a workshop on tackling challenges for BME leaders in higher education. The workshop explored what more could be done to enable the talent pipeline for BME leaders, and discussed some of the key initiatives the Leadership Foundation is taking in support of this.

As part of the session, our new brochure on Diversifying Leadership was shared, which details key information on the programme including upcoming dates and participant feedback. Please see attached.
