We’re currently looking for someone to join the EngineeringUK Comms team to work on the promotion of The Big Bang Fair and The Big Bang Competition as well as other EngineeringUK activity, including Tomorrow’s Engineers. Details below.

Marketing Communications Manager (maternity cover, 9-12 months)
£30-35K/annum

 

The Marketing Communications Manager delivers EngineeringUK marketing and communications activity, with a focus on The Big Bang Fair and Competition. 

 

About the role:

Reporting to the Head of Communications, you will work with colleagues across EngineeringUK to develop and deliver integrated and comprehensive marketing and communications plans.

 

Key activities:

·         Lead on The Big Bang and EngineeringUK digital marketing

·         Manage development, production and dissemination of print collateral

·         Lead on marketing activity associated with The Big Bang UK Young Scientists & Engineers Fair and Competition

·         Support delivery of PR tactics and monitor and report on media coverage

·         Manage internal communication of campaign plans and activity, media coverage and industry news

Desirable

·         Experience of working in a STEM environment

·         Experience of working on skills/education related issues

·         Experience of working with graphic design packages (eg. InDesign, Photoshop).
