Hello all, We have a problem with our VG5400 mass spectrometer that we have been unable to resolve for the past few weeks. The Trip led on the Noble Gas Filter Power Supply chassis is always lit so the beam is deflected from the channeltron for safety reasons. Has anyone an idea how to find the problem or some experience with this kind of error? Any help, suggestions, and comments would be greatly appreciated!
