    Dear all,

Further to my email in July (see below), this is a reminder about the 2016
Tectonic Studies Group prizes and awards:

    1. The nomination period for the 2016 Ramsay Medal closes September 30th.
We can allow some wiggle room for late nominations, but would be really
grateful if folk can send their nominations within the next couple of
weeks to allow for a longer judging period.
You can find out more about the nomination process on the TSG website:
    http://tectonicstudiesgroup.org/ramsay-medal/

    2. Nominations for the Dave Johnston Undergraduate Mapping Prize are
welcomed until November 30th. I will send a gentle reminder closer to the
closing date. Full information about the award can be found here:
    http://tectonicstudiesgroup.org/dave-johnston-mapping-prize/

    3. Prospective judges! If you are a member of the TSG community, plan to
attend the 2017 TSG-VMSG-BGA joint conference, and would like to
participate in judging the Ramsay Medal or the Dave Johnston Undergraduate
Mapping Prize - then please get in touch with me
    ([log in to unmask]).
(More information about the 2017 TSG-VMSG-BGA joint conference can be
    found at: https://www.liverpool.ac.uk/tsg-vmsg-bga/)

Finally, thank you to those who have already nominated individuals for
these prizes. If you have any questions about these awards or the
nomination process/materials then please do not hesitate to get in touch -

    All the best,

    Jen Roberts
