Thank you so much Anderson, I did not have any problem about the other contrasts, but I was not sure about the investigation of the interaction disease by sex. Therefore, if I want to study the differences between gender and disease the contrasts: 1 -1 -1 1 0 0 -1 1 1 -1 0 0 Are fine? Thanks, Mike
