Hi David,

Thanks for your reply.  I thought that would imply that my public key is on the server I’m downloading from, that is, [log in to unmask].

Hi all,

I’d like to run the RELION benchmark suggested here:

http://www2.mrc-lmb.cam.ac.uk/relion/index.php/Benchmarks_%26_computer_hardware

The first step is to download the data like so:

ascp -QT -l 2G -i ~/.aspera/connect/etc/asperaweb_id_dsa.openssh [log in to unmask]:archive/10028/data/Particles .

This seems to require a private key file, but it’s not clear to me where I would obtain the key.  Can anyone advise?

Thanks,
