The joint IUAES/CASCA conference to be held early May 2017 in Ottawa is calling for Roundtable proposals -- for which the due date is 23 November

Round-tables

Round-tables will be 90 minutes in length, addressing a specific theme or issue to be submitted by the organizer of the round-table.The roundtable organizer(s) should include a 100-150 word abstract describing the theme and include a list of 3 confirmed participants
(minimum) and the chair.

The organizer should provide the information on the roundtable as follows:
RT title; RT organiser(s): Firstname Lastname (Institution); RT abstract; RT participants (including organiser(s)) names and emails.

Round-table participants will have to go through the regular registration process once the RT is accepted.

RT Proposals will be accepted until November 23rd 2016

Tables rondes

Les tables rondes seront d'une durée de 90 minutes, abordant un thème ou une question spécifique proposé par l'organisateur de la table ronde. Ce dernier devra inclure un résumé de 100 à 150 mots décrivant le thème de la table ronde et y inclure une liste de 3 participants confirmés (minimum) ainsi que le président.

L'organisateur doit procurer l'information sur les Tables rondes de la manière suivante:

Titre de la table ronde; organisateur; Premier nom, nom de famille (Institution); résumé de la Table ronde; Participants de la table ronde (incluant l'organisateur) noms et courriels.

Les participants aux tables rondes devront procéder par le processus d'inscription régulière lorsque la table ronde sera acceptée.

Les propositions sont acceptées jusqu'au 23 novembre 2016
