What is the Network of Networks (NoN)?

NoN has been formed to promote consistency and a collaborative way of working across Black staff networks within the higher education (HE) and further education (FE) sector.

NoN's main purpose is raising the profile of race equality within HE and FE, not as a tick box exercise, but through using sustainable key performance indicators of tangible improvements for Black staff. This will be evidenced through initiatives such as Athena SWAN, the Race Equality Charter and the Research Excellence Framework (REF).
