Hiya
Can I just ask what everyone does with the Blood Glucose EQA results sheets that the wards return? We have always kept ours in case this is something that CPA/UKAS would look at. It’s just that our storage space is quickly running out and
I would really like to throw them away. For those of you that have been through an inspection is this something that is looked at for evidence of who has performed the EQA test?
