Hi All
I’m in the process of working out how we meet the CMA requirement 4.42, to give confirmation of a distance contract using a “durable medium”.
I’m interested in hearing from anyone who has a solution or is planning a solution.
I’d like to meet the requirement with as little human intervention as possible, which is likely to require a solution involving the versioning of course data and integration between
CRM and CMS.
