Dear Carol,

OK, I think that the error will disappear if you use SPM12 but that doesn't mean everything is fine. I was asking about the design matrix as one way to get this error is if the design matrix is of zero rank. This could happen if you use as many covariates as you've got subjects. That's why showing your design matrix would be useful (from the Review Button).

Best regards,

Guillaume.

Dear Guillaume,

I am using SPM8 and I am working on a multifactorial batch with 4 levels. I work on the masks coming from an active task (con_001 files). I get the error just at the very end.. Hope you can have some suggestion..

Thanks a lot,

Carol

Dear Carol,

Which version of SPM are you using? Can you also give more details about
the design matrix you are using, for instance how many rows and columns
does it have?

Best regards,
Guillaume.
