I ticked the box "show research toolbar" and it already showed the other properties but a bug seems to be showing the "simple version" ticked after opening the option window again.

Upon referring to the Space Syntax handbook and running the Visibility Graph Analysis selecting the isovist properties, only the Isovist Area column (out of eight physical properties) is produced.

Both the .30 and .50 versions of depthmapX produce the same outcome.
