I'm the recorder (person who plans events and is the primary contact) for the British Science Associate Medical Sciences Section. We have a budget for running events at the festival and paying for you to attend the festival, are requested to appoint a president each year (someone reasonable high profile). It's all good fun.

It doesn't take a significant amount of time, but currently one of our most significant contributors just became a father and so we're really looking for some keen people to take part. 

I've been doing this for about 5 years now and so am looking for someone people to take over my role. It's fun, you get to meet and work with some great people.
