If you want to see the special issues etc Select ‘call for papers’ and then it is one of the bottom ones, that will direct back to the attached file.

The submission is done as if it is submitted normally to AOR but the authors need to specify in the ‘comment box’ that is for a given special issue.

 In this case write the following title: Advances in Theoretical and Applied Combinatorial Optimization
