Hi All
It's the first time I have posted here (although I have watched for a while!!) but wonder if anyone could give me some advice.
We have been asked to undertake clinical governance for a OH Technician that is not in our employ.
We contract an OHA on site to the client for 2 days a week and the tech is full time and directly employed by our client.
I am cautious due to the a number of issues, the main ones being liability implications and perceived company responsibility (by them and us) - has anyone been in this situation to offer me some guidance.
