Hi

I'm  afraid it's not sillly! I only started working for the company two weeks ago  and audio was done last year and I've been told it has to be done for e consecutive years and then stop.

Last year there was an employee  who could do sign language translation  and he has left and the compay can not provide any.

I just need some guidance on this.

Thanks

Hello

If he is profoundly deaf – would you need to do further audio’s.  Does he have any hearing to lose??

If you need to do other health surveillance, I would speak to HR to ascertain how they manage to communicate with him in respects to his employment.

Hi everyone, I'm  new here.

I was wondering if you could help.

I'm working in a food industry and have an employee who,s known to be profoundly deaf and cac not speak english.

How do i carry out their Health Surveillance and audio without a sign language .

Can I use lip reading translation in their language?

Many thanks

Rebecca
