Yes, indeed, the pill is truly amazing.
However, you've been scooped. There were quacks in the middle
ages, too, especially during periods of plague.
Then, as now, folks intruded where they were not wanted, in
places discussing matters they did not understand, promising
things they could not deliver.
Your intrusion reminds us again that while we have gained vast
amounts of information, we are barely smarter than St.
Augustine, if at all.
