Agree with John. Aside from the level of adoption, Microsoft ceased support 2.5 years ago (April 2014), so, even allowing a grace period, XP is seriously deprecated.

My rule of thumb would probably be to support browsers with >5-6% of traffic to a website, but also not to build in support for anything new you're adding to the site which is on a trend line downwards toward this in the next 6-8 months.
