Thanks to all who responded - problem solved after ringing the very helpful NHS Choices helpdesk. The answer was yes as long as it's just embedded and not changed in anyway

Can anyone help?

My L&D colleague is creating an e-learning package and wants to add into it a video from the NHS choices website. Is this acceptable? The Ts & Cs say:

NHS Choices videos and interactive tools are made available to embed in other websites by the Secretary of State for Health, acting through NHS Choices. By using the embed codes for NHS Choices videos and tools you accept and agree to the following terms:

A)You must not alter, adapt, edit, incorporate, modify or translate the video or tool in any way.

I'm wondering what incorporate means? Does it apply to content created in the NHS for NHS staff????

Any ideas?
