Well that solves my problem nicely!

 

As it’s a listed building it’s useful having a monument type which reflects the buildings use.

Hi all,

As the list entry says this is a rare survival of a short-lived type of cemetery building.

 

As such we’re adding it to the thesaurus as RECEPTION HOUSE with a non-preferred term of Receiving House.

Hi

 

Does anyone have any idea what the monument term for a Reception/Receiving House is?

 

I’ve got a 19th century on in a cemetery which has just been listed and nothing in the Thesaurus fits.
