Resilience in Healthcare Masterclass

Our second resilience engineering in healthcare masterclass will be held on November 10th and 11th in Bristol at the Mercure Holland House Hotel and Spa. This is a short walk from Bristol Temple Meads station with frequent trains to and from London. There is also on-site parking and a swimming pool, fitness suite and spa.

- A two day course for researchers and healthprofessionals who want to learn how to apply resilience engineering concepts to improve care quality and safety. Organised by the Centre for Applied Resilience in Healthcare.

- Dr. Mark Sujan from University of Warwick confirmed as keynote speaker. His talk is on "Reporting and learning - A Safety-II perspective"

- Dr. Al Ross will be leading a FRAM workshop to teach how to use this tool to analyse system safety and strengthen safety

- The masterclass is accredited by the Chartered Institute of Ergonomics and Human Factors
