We deliver over 500 projects each year aimed at: supporting people to stay in education, gain new skills and secure employment; reducing our environmental impact through energy efficiency, waste minimisation, reuse and recycling; and engaging communities and enterprise in improving their environment. We have an opportunity for a conscientious Data Support Officer to contribute to the data management and reporting requirements of a major contract. Working closely with Geospatial and Data Services team (GDS), the post holder will ensure that the appropriate IT/data support is available for the project staff across London sites. An excellent data cruncher, you will be comfortable with managing large datasets and an IT wizard to troubleshoot mobile devices / apps. You will have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel/Access) in order to provide an effective IT/Data support to end-users. Working knowledge of iOS and relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL/ MS SQL) will be advantageous. This is a full time position working 37.5 hours per week on a permanent contract. Based in our London head office near Waterloo station, travel to other offices throughout London will be required.
