Dear All,

 

We are considering putting together a Handbook or Writing Centre Policy Guidelines, both to agree on our current practice and duties, and the way we should operate. Ultimately, it should act as a guide for future new members of the unit. A possible way to approach this is to look at best practices and to see how others approach this, how they phrase, what they identify etc. etc. I am therefore asking whether your centre has such a document and if you would be willing to share it.
