We have one reception area for our disability service which is basically one person's office, albeit a fairly large one. I would prefer us to have a fit for purpose reception area with a managed front desk, possibly in tandem with other student services, such as counselling or careers. Next year, there is a potential move of student support to a student hub co-located with registry and other support teams so it will be interesting to see how that pans out for disabled students.
