Dear all, I am looking to collect data about how our archives are used by researchers, in order to gather information on how often specific records/collections are used and to flag up research trends, conservation issues and missing records. I'm hoping to obtain existing methodologies used by archive services for benchmarking purposes, particularly the databases used to record these data sets.
