We are currently piloting a workload allocation module software system. At the moment in terms of diversity characteristics, gender is in the system as this is in the Athena SWAN application, but I am trying to make the case that other
characteristics be included. The Race equality charter mark doesn’t look at workload so I was just wondering If any of you had used any other drivers?
