"The Department of Biology at Stanford University invites applications for a
tenure-track Assistant Professor in the area of evolution. We seek
outstanding
applicants engaged in answering fundamental questions in evolution, and
welcome a wide spectrum of applicants employing theoretical, empirical,
and/or
interdisciplinary approaches. The successful candidate will hold a Ph.D.,
and is
expected to develop a vigorous research program and to participate in the
Department’s teaching at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. More

Applicants should submit a cover letter, a curriculum vitae including
publication
list, a statement of research accomplishments and future plans, a statement
of
teaching experience and interests, and three letters of reference. All
