yes easy .. I build a batch per subject that I put into a structure and run that structure in parallel - something like

for subject 1 to N

     matlabbatch{1} ...

    blabla

    batch{subject} = matlabbatch

end

parfor subject 1 to N

       spm_jobman(run,batch{subject})

end
